IT Support Specialist I – Onsite

The IT Support Specialist I – Onsite role is onsite in Miami, FL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports employees across Alivi Health and partners with Systems Administration and Security to maintain reliable, secure operations. This position provides first-line technical support and documents and resolves employee incidents and service requests. It supports endpoints, identity and access, collaboration tools, and business applications while escalating issues when needed and contributing to security, asset, and knowledge-management practices.

What you'll do

• Triage and manage requests through phone, email, and Jira Service Management
• document troubleshooting and resolutions
• escalate unresolved or high-impact issues
• support Windows devices, peripherals, printers, device provisioning, Intune, network connectivity, and VPN clients
• manage onboarding, offboarding, accounts, access, and MFA
• support Microsoft 365 and business applications
• create knowledge articles
• maintain asset records
• assist with security initiatives and phishing triage
• and handle data according to HIPAA and HiTrust-aligned policies. Participate in on-call rotations or planned maintenance windows as needed.
