What you'll do

• Lead and develop estimators
• manage the preconstruction lifecycle from pursuit through award
• direct proposal strategy and interview preparation
• oversee drawings, specifications, RFPs, bid documents, RFIs, bid packages, takeoffs, estimates, subcontractor proposals, and bid-day activities
• assess risks, costs, exposures, and schedule impacts
• lead project meetings
• prepare and present proposal packages
• develop pre-bid schedules
• maintain unit-cost records.
