Mobile Mechanical/Industrial Equipment Technician

Job overview

The Mobile Mechanical/Industrial Equipment Technician role is onsite in the Greater Cincinnati, OH region, with pay of $24–$29 per hour. The position serves commercial facilities and light industrial customers of tdgFacilities. The technician travels between customer locations to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and facility systems, helping keep building and operational equipment running. The schedule is typically Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with occasional on-call responsibilities shared within a team rotation.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair light industrial equipment and mechanical systems
• service pumps, motors, bearings, fans, belts, and drive components
• perform basic electrical and control troubleshooting
• repair commercial doors and plumbing fixtures
• complete general carpentry and building repairs
• service air compressors and compressed-air systems
• perform preventive maintenance and facility inspections
• install or replace equipment
• identify air leaks and system deficiencies
• work within training and qualifications on manufacturer-restricted equipment.
