Floor Care Technician

Job overview

The Floor Care Technician role is onsite at Carlson client locations in Grove City, OH. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour. Carlson Building Maintenance provides cleaning services at retail properties across multiple states. The technician maintains hard-surface floors and carpet and performs related cleaning tasks to support clean, well-maintained client sites. The role also contributes to service quality through customer interaction, quality checks, and new-hire training.

What you'll do

• Operate floor machines
• sweep
• clean debris
• vacuum
• clean restrooms
• perform quality control checks
• train new hires
• maintain hard surfaces and carpet through stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting.
