What you'll do

• Process tax and title documents for vehicle purchases and sales
• resolve title problems, including corrections and out-of-state titles
• maintain dealership files, logs, and customer folders
• track incoming titles
• communicate with customers, sales managers, and financial institutions
• oversee mailing or delivery of contracts, checks, tags, titles, and related paperwork
• complete paperwork for dealer trades, loaner cars, repossessions, and court orders
• provide backup office support and train office personnel in basic titling duties.
