Shift Manager

The Shift Manager role is onsite in West Sacramento, CA. Pay is $21–$23.10 per hour. The position supports restaurant operations under the direction of the Restaurant Manager. The Shift Manager oversees team members and shift operations, maintaining food quality, cleanliness, customer service, and safety standards. Depending on the manager’s level, responsibilities can include independent shift leadership, inventory and food orders, cost control, and coaching team members.

What you'll do

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and standards for food quality, sanitation, and customer service
• manage costs and cash handling
• set up registers and support shift transitions
• supervise and direct team members
• train staff when requested
• complete shift reports and documentation
• conduct operational walk-throughs
• enforce safety and security procedures.
