Quality & Training Manager

What you'll do

• Work with the Executive Vice President, Workforce to develop and prioritize the annual compliance monitoring calendar
• maintain monitoring documentation and develop review guides and templates
• conduct at least one annual review of each program, prepare reports, support staff training, and follow up on corrective actions when applicable
• support PATH data verification, internal controls, and FAET case reviews
• report root causes and corrective action requirements
• work with operational leaders on noncompliance plans
• track applicable policies and regulations
• maintain the SharePoint Compliance page
• support external monitoring
• lead corrective action responses when needed
• develop compliance-focused training strategies and deliver targeted learning solutions.
