What you'll do

• Direct surveying and mapping operations
• mentor staff and oversee quality assurance and quality control
• review ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, boundary retracements, and topographic mapping
• prepare and certify subdivision maps, records of survey, and legal descriptions
• develop client relationships and proposals
• advance use of GPS, total stations, and 3D scanning
• manage budgets, scopes, and timelines.
