Certified Medication Aide (CMA) — NOC Shift

The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) role is onsite in Greendale, WI; compensation is not specified. The aide joins the care team at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab to support residents’ safety and well-being. The CMA administers prescribed medications, monitors and reports resident responses, assists with vital signs and personal care, maintains care records, and contributes to individualized care planning. The role works closely with the nursing team and residents’ families and staff.

What you'll do

• Administer medications as prescribed and according to policies
• monitor medication responses and report adverse reactions
• assist with temperature, pulse, and blood pressure checks
• provide bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
• maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• participate in care conferences and individualized care plans
• maintain medication and resident-care records.
