What you'll do
- Oversee daily operations of an assigned nursing unit
- supervise, mentor, and support LPNs, RNs, and CNAs
- coordinate staffing assignments and schedules
- perform resident assessments and ensure care plans are implemented and updated
- provide direct nursing care as needed
- ensure compliant clinical documentation
- collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team
- support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, staff education, quality improvement, and survey readiness
- address resident and family concerns.

Why this role
