What you'll do

• Assist with property operations within financial guidelines and budget
• use marketing and sales techniques to increase occupancy
• supervise work orders and maintenance staff when the manager is absent
• review delinquent accounts and take required action
• respond to resident requests
• maintain resident account information in Entrata
• perform monthly closing
• coordinate apartment turnovers and resident activities
• order office supplies and maintain office equipment.

Why this role

Requires 3+ years of experience assisting with multifamily rental housing management, strong marketing and leasing experience, and experience with tax-credit properties and recertifications. Entrata experience is highly preferred.
