What you'll do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hospital medicine team
• partner with hospital administration and leadership on organizational goals
• drive quality improvement initiatives and patient care outcomes
• support provider engagement, mentorship, recruitment, and retention
• promote collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence
• perform eight clinical shifts per month and receive 84 hours of protected administrative time monthly.
