What you'll do

• Develop, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures, system work instructions, workflows, forms instructions, job aids, and training resources
• partner with program management, trainers, subject matter experts, IT, project management, and quality assurance
• translate approved policies and requirements into practical procedures
• maintain document inventories, version controls, revision histories, effective dates, approvals, review schedules, and archives.
