What you'll do

• Manage and coach technician team members
• coordinate workload, ticket queues, staffing coverage, escalations, and support processes
• approve timecards
• lead breakfix operations
• perform CLI-based diagnostics
• oversee component-level hardware replacements
• troubleshoot Layer 1–3 network issues
• coordinate OEM returns and warranty claims
• maintain incident and repair documentation
• ensure SLA adherence
• mentor technicians
• support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and maintenance windows
• ensure compliance with and contribute to MOPs and CMOPs.
