Commissary Lead

The lead supports the Commissary Manager by executing production, maintaining food safety and inventory accuracy, and guiding a small team. The role also identifies production inefficiencies and proposes improvements to help keep commissary operations clean, organized, and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Execute daily prep and production schedules for baked goods and sandwiches
• maintain food safety logs
• keep the commissary clean and audit-ready
• support inventory counts, ordering, and cost and labor tracking
• apply recipe standards and contribute to recipe scaling and product ideas
• identify process inefficiencies and propose fixes
• track production and waste
• report equipment condition and operational handoffs.
