The Math Tutor – Federal Work-Study role is remote and part-time, supporting Stacy Middle School students in Milford, MA. Compensation is $25 per hour. Saga Education’s tutoring model uses human support and technology to advance student outcomes and equitable learning. The tutor provides virtual math instruction to sixth- and seventh-grade students, supporting two students at a time with prepared curriculum and training. The work is intended to strengthen students’ mathematical understanding and confidence while fitting alongside the tutor’s own education.

• Provide virtual math tutoring to sixth- and seventh-grade students

Why this role

Approximately three hours per week, with sessions from 2:15–3:15 p.m. Eastern on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; on-camera presence is required. No previous high-level math knowledge is required. Federal Work-Study program placement follows Saga’s interview and math assessment process.
