MemberX Coordinator — River North & Wicker Park

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• manage check-in, bookings, waitlists, and class questions
• lead studio tours and explain the Method and memberships
• match prospective members to memberships
• sell memberships and class packs
• answer inquiries and resolve concerns
• maintain studio cleanliness and supplies
• support marketing and community events.
