What you'll do

• Direct total nursing care for residents on the assigned unit during the shift
• administer medications and treatments
• transcribe physician orders and document care
• conduct rounds and monitor residents’ conditions and vital signs
• respond to emergencies
• coordinate care plans and rehabilitation needs
• supervise assigned certified nursing assistants and monitor their documentation
• maintain resident safety and report significant changes.
