Behavioral Health Therapist

The Behavioral Health Therapist position is onsite in Cuba, MO, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. Pay is $36.29–$39.29 per hour. Compass Health Network provides integrated mental health, medical, and dental services. The therapist assesses clients, provides individual, family, or group therapy based on clinical need and licensure, and coordinates care with an interdisciplinary team. Treatment planning, documentation, referrals, and ongoing consultation support person-centered care and clinical continuity.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on clinical need and licensure
• assess readiness for services
• develop treatment plans and document progress
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings and integrated care
• use DSM-5 criteria for diagnosis and treatment planning
• refer clients to resources
• participate in training, supervision, huddles, and case consultations
• maintain documentation compliance.
