The Field Registered Nurse role is an onsite field position based in Warrenton, VA. Compensation is $85,000 per year. Boost Home Healthcare personalizes and coordinates home care to support patients’ recovery, wellness, and independence at home. The nurse provides intermittent skilled nursing care in patients’ residences under physician orders and the plan of care, directed by the Director of Patient Care Services. The role evaluates nursing needs, initiates and updates care plans, provides specialized nursing services, and documents visits and care conferences.

What you'll do

• Make initial evaluation visits and regularly reevaluate patients’ nursing needs
• meet daily productivity standards
• initiate and revise plans of care
• provide services requiring specialized nursing skills
• initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
• prepare timely clinical and progress notes and care-conference summaries.
