What you'll do
- Provide phone, email, and remote-access support for mechanical, electrical, software, and motion-control issues
- guide customers through testing with multimeters, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- diagnose machine faults
- assist with startups, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and basic CAD/CAM or controller software troubleshooting
- document resolutions in the CRM and coordinate replacement parts and warranty claims.
