What you'll do

• Direct housekeeping operations, systems, budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and policy implementation
• uphold cleanliness and service standards in guest rooms and public areas
• partner with department leaders on improvement projects
• manage performance, development, recognition, and retention
• lead hiring, interviews, onboarding, and training
• support succession planning
• ensure compliance with health and safety standards for chemicals and cleaning supplies.
