Residential Building Material Estimator

The Residential Building Material Estimator is an onsite, full-time role in Ballston Spa, NY, paying $24–$25 per hour. The position prepares estimates for customers and projects at Curtis Lumber. What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and distribute estimates
• assist customers and handle inquiries
• research and resolve customer complaints
• estimate material quantities
• interpret codes, standards, designs, specifications, drawings, and scope of work
• gather information from other departments
• meet estimate deadlines
• contact suppliers and vendors for current prices
• notify customers of plan discrepancies
• visit job sites as required
• follow up on quotes and support customer relationships.
