What you'll do

• Supervise nursing care delivery during the night shift
• ensure compliance with care plans, standards, and policies
• administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders as permitted by law
• provide direct care when needed and support the overnight team
• communicate with families, physicians, and day-shift staff
• help manage staffing, workflow, and overnight documentation.
