What you'll do

• Manage new-patient inquiries and onboarding
• present clinical recommendations and treatment plans
• verify insurance coverage and analyze benefits
• explain payment options and finalize financial agreements
• collect down payments and process recurring fees
• follow up on unscheduled or outstanding treatment plans
• compile and report performance indicators
• support business-team administrative work and operational adjustments
• and contribute to marketing initiatives.
