What you'll do

• Lead assay development, validation, and sample analysis using LC/MS
• plan experiments and direct junior staff
• drive projects to client timelines
• communicate technical details and updates to clients
• advise on assay practices
• author methods, SOPs, and reports
• analyze data and review documentation and raw data
• prepare reagents
• troubleshoot assays
• identify deviations
• manage laboratory supply inventories
• perform assays under GLP guidance or SOPs.
