Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Flexible Schedule

Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid, serving families in Rockville and nearby parts of Montgomery County, Maryland, with remote time for parent training, treatment plans, and notes. Pay is $90–$100 per hour. Ahead ABA is an in-home ABA team supporting families. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, supervises and coaches Registered Behavior Technicians, trains parents and caregivers, and tracks progress to update goals. The work supports clinical services for clients and families.
