The role also helps maintain laboratory workflow by mentoring technicians and managing workload distribution when the Laboratory Manager is unavailable.

What you'll do

• Calibrate medium- to high-level test and measurement instruments in the laboratory and at local customer facilities
• troubleshoot and repair equipment
• ensure customer satisfaction
• create and verify calibration data sheets for technical accuracy
• manage technician workload distribution when the Laboratory Manager is unavailable
• mentor and train technicians.
