What you'll do

• Show prospective residents homes and available lots
• explain residency terms and provide application documents
• process applications and leases
• collect rent and deposits
• maintain resident ledgers and files
• prepare reports
• investigate resident complaints and property hazards
• coordinate repairs and vendor bids
• oversee on-site staff
• review monthly financials and report budget discrepancies.
