What you'll do

• Follow posted cleaning schedules
• clean resident apartments, common areas, leasing areas, and offices
• sanitize bathrooms
• complete residents’ laundry
• remove trash and replace bin liners
• vacuum, sweep, and mop
• set up and remove safety signs
• report health, safety, or sanitation concerns
• secure supplies
• use protective equipment and follow safety data sheet policies
• assist with make-readies and resident evacuation during emergencies.
