What you'll do

• Evaluate new and renewal submissions, select risks, and prepare quotes within underwriting guidelines and delegated authority.
• Set pricing, structure, and coverage terms using rating tools, predictive analytics, and third-party data.
• Build producer relationships, monitor portfolio performance, manage renewals, and meet production, marketing, and profitability goals.
• Travel regularly to meet assigned producers and train, coach, and mentor less experienced underwriters and support staff.
