What you'll do

• Welcome clients and deliver the CORE client experience
• respond to client needs and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues and schedule changes
• assist with daily operations and cleanliness
• report complaints and visible maintenance or equipment issues
• follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
• respond to client emails and alert coaches to client milestones.
