What you'll do

• Assist with onboarding new clients and product adoption
• liaise between clients, technical and engineering teams, and sales
• help track client performance metrics, prepare account reports, and document customer feedback or feature requests
• shadow senior team members in client meetings
• participate in discovery calls
• help deliver technical presentations.
