What you'll do

• Drive business development and sales of HVAC parts, equipment, and accessories
• coordinate and fill customer orders
• supervise employees
• maintain warehouse, equipment, and vehicles
• address employee issues
• conduct employee and monthly operational reviews
• review profit-and-loss reports and order activity
• coordinate inventory goals with purchasing
• organize branch events and maintain showroom and work areas.

Why this role

The position typically works 45 or more hours per week within 7:30 AM–5:00 PM. Weekend and overnight travel for training and business meetings, and travel to other Habegger locations, are required capabilities. Additional compensation is available for a CDL or willingness to obtain a Class C Non-CDL.
