What you'll do

  • Build trusting relationships with clients
  • support personal goals and recovery
  • share recovery and resilience experiences and model coping strategies
  • provide individual and group support, education, and care navigation
  • connect clients with community resources
  • co-facilitate wellness groups
  • participate in street medicine or outreach efforts
  • collaborate on care plans
  • document services
  • attend team meetings and training
  • maintain confidentiality and respond appropriately to crises.
