What you'll do

• Manage daily reimbursement operations and related team-member issues
• pursue accounts receivable and cash goals
• prepare and analyze operating budgets
• review receivables and identify collection trends
• maintain billing compliance policies
• support reimbursement and charge-capture education
• review reports for charge-capture, coding, and billing issues
• advise on reimbursement matters
• develop accounts-receivable action plans
• and support staff productivity.
