What you'll do

• Help establish and operate end-user support programs
• develop and deliver user training
• prepare training materials and schedules
• provide Tier I and Tier II support
• install and troubleshoot software and Windows systems
• support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and MECM
• maintain IT asset documentation
• assist with trial preparation and courtroom hardware, software, and exhibits.
