What you'll do

• Sell personal training programs
• communicate daily and monthly plans to trainers, managers, and staff
• provide customer service
• recruit, hire, train, and coach personal training staff
• meet with new members and present training programs
• coordinate trainer availability and sessions
• track completed sessions and payroll
• contact members about consultations and appointments
• support interviews, membership tours, and front desk coverage during downtime.
