What you'll do

• Complete onboarding within two weeks
• meet with the assigned Group Quality Supervisor or Director at least monthly
• review assigned curriculum before sessions
• arrive about 10 minutes early and facilitate groups for the full hour
• facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts using assigned curriculum
• encourage participation and camera-on engagement
• collaborate with treatment teams and care staff
• communicate with clients, families, agencies, and referents
• complete treatment notes within 24 hours and maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
