What you'll do

• Research mineral, surface, and leasehold title records
• prepare owner reports and mineral runsheets
• trace mineral, royalty, and leasehold interests
• research land books, assessor records, and tax status
• review estate and heirship records
• identify liens and other encumbrances
• scan and index supporting instruments
• enter results into the project title platform
• flag title defects and chain gaps to the project manager
• submit production, time, and expense reports
• maintain confidentiality.
