The Corporate Real Estate Manager is an onsite role in Tampa, FL, with 50% travel, paying $90,000–$100,000 per year. BrightSpring Health Services’ corporate real estate team supports its mission and family of brands across the country. The manager oversees a multi-state real estate portfolio across multiple lines of business, managing leases, site selection, property transactions, and renovation projects. The role coordinates with Finance, Risk, Legal, and other departments to support the organization’s property needs and operations.

What you'll do

• Manage and track leases and coordinate renewals, relocations, splits, and new locations
• negotiate lease terms and rent conditions
• assist with site selection
• manage commercial and residential properties, including purchases and sales
• coordinate capital expenditure requests and furniture, fixtures, and equipment procurement
• maintain lease data and reporting
• coordinate with internal departments
• assist with construction, remodels, renovations, new property development, and office moves
• address landlord disputes.
