What you'll do

• Lead on the sales floor and serve as a point of contact for customer service and operational questions
• mentor team members and provide feedback and recognition
• gather and report customer and team feedback
• educate customers about products and recommend items
• maintain sales-floor presentation, signage, displays, and stockroom organization
• support shipping and receiving
• open and close the store as needed.
