The Director of Operations is an onsite role based in Temple City, CA, with a salary range of $300,000 to $375,000 per year. This position supports the Ontario, CA campus, which is part of North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. The role exists to provide executive-level leadership for a large-scale facility, overseeing warehouse, customer service, and sales operations. The Director of Operations is responsible for building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring legendary customer service through data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment.

What you'll do

• Provide executive-level leadership across warehouse, customer service and sales operations, driving results and upholding company standards.
• Build, develop and lead a team of 700+ employees, including senior leaders, with a focus on performance, accountability and long-term talent development.
• Drive operational excellence, using data and reporting to identify improvement opportunities and maintain best-in-class service levels.
• Establish clear goals and expectations across all levels, reinforcing Uline’s high standards and customer-first culture.
• Lead operational audits, performance reviews and continuous improvement efforts across functions.
• Partner with corporate leaders to align strategy with overall business objectives.
