What you'll do

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise nursing staff on an assigned unit
• manage resident care and monitor resident conditions
• ensure care plans are developed and updated
• collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
• communicate operational issues to department leaders
• ensure compliance with facility policies, regulations, and nursing standards
• support staff development
• assist with admissions, discharges, family communication, and care coordination.
