What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled procedures
• assist with activities of daily living
• supervise nursing assistants and medication aides as applicable
• monitor resident status and report changes
• develop and review care plans
• document care
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• participate in quality assurance, staff education, and surveys as needed.
