What you'll do

• Review order sheets and specifications
• set up and thread the machine
• perform and record quality checks at least hourly
• monitor the process and correct jams
• maintain line cleanliness to GMP standards
• troubleshoot minor machine and quality issues and communicate complex issues to maintenance
• identify substandard material
• lubricate machinery as needed
• perform metal preparation and other assigned duties.
