Senior Event Producer

What you'll do

• Plan and execute signature events, including WalkUnitedLA, and donor and community activations
• manage venues, vendors, budgets, run-of-show, staffing, timelines, and contracts
• coordinate sponsor assets, recognition, and activation commitments
• maintain an annual event calendar
• collaborate across Development, Marketing, and Program teams
• coordinate event promotions and collateral
• report attendance, budget results, sponsor fulfillment, and feedback
• recommend improvements based on results and debriefs.
