What you'll do

• Oversee two to four concurrent projects
• manage project financials, budgets, and profitability
• lead clients, architects, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
• manage schedules, submittals, RFIs, financial reporting, subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, and document control
• plan and coordinate construction activities
• evaluate risk.
