Working with the Store Manager, the assistant manager helps drive sales, deliver customer experiences, develop associates, and maintain daily store operations and brand standards.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Manager on daily operations
• drive sales and team goals
• provide customer service
• lead, coach, and develop associates
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training
• maintain visual merchandising
• support inventory and loss prevention
• follow opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures
• serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is absent.
