What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of 3–6 clients
• provide supervision, treatment planning, and parent training
• support and train Behavior Technicians
• assess target behaviors and skill-acquisition goals
• modify programs and complete assessments as needed
• ensure daily data collection and treatment-plan fidelity
• maintain supervision documentation and progress notes
• track client progress
• and participate in company training.
